Sit back and relax and wait for the 13th May to begin! When we begin, every day you will receive an email with instructions for that day. It is super simple! - I will be live in the group every day with a short bite-size training, and an actionable for that day. Every day there is also a Q&A thread so you can ask questions. Everything you need is in the group and in your challenge emails.

DAY 1 - WELCOME TO THE VA WORLD

This is kick off day where we get you started on the world of Virtual Assistance!


What is a VA, what services do they offer and who hires them. What types of entrepreneurs and businesses there are and how a VA can support them.

DAY 2 - WHO AND WHAT

The absolute fundamentals of your VA business - WHO you will work with and what you will do for them.


What skills do you have right now that you can use right away, and what skills do you want to sharpen to grow your business.

DAY 3 - GETTING SET UP

How to get set up online, deciding what platforms you want to be visible on and how to optimise these.


The key tools and systems you need to have in place so that you are ready and equipped to get your first or next client.

DAY 4 - MONEY

Day 4 is all about the money. Without this you don't have a business.


You will learn about different VAs, what they charge and why.

By the end of Day 4 you will know exactly what you will be charging, how to package your services, how to get paid and understanding the fundamentals of a VA Contract.

DAY 5 - NETWORKING PART 1

Why networking is a fundamental part of your business, and how to establish and grow your network so you can become more visible and have more conversations.


Growing your existing network, how to spread the word and become known and how to have meaningful conversations that result in new clients.

DAY 6 - NETWORKING PART 2

The magic of Facebook groups and how to use them to create connections, build relationships, add value and reach out to clients that are looking for support.


This is not about cold calling and spamming people but instead networking in way that is authentic to you.

DAY 7 - CONTENT MARKETING

How to market your business through content. In the online space content is key to establishing credibility and grow your network and visibility in the long-term. Content marketing is what results in leads consistently coming into your business so you never have to find new clients - they find you. This also helps you to understand content, so that you can help clients with their content too.

DAY 8 - CLIENT CONVERSATIONS

How to have convert conversations online into Discovery Calls, and understanding the strategic and professional process of a Discovery call and how to maximise conversions of these calls into new clients.

Hey there, I'm Sam.

I have been exactly where you are...


A little over a decade ago, I made the decision to kick off my journey as a Virtual Assistant. At that time, I had just moved to a new country, my kids were still tiny, and honestly, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and feeling very guilty.


You see, I loved my corporate job BUT I knew that there had to be a sacrifice at some point because I could no longer pour my heart and soul into both.


I didn't want to sacrifice my time with my kids when they were still little. I wanted to be there after school - to help with homework, take them to their sports practices, and be with them during school holidays. I also wanted the energy for that quality time in the evenings before bed.


To be honest, I also wanted more time for myself...time for gym, coffees with friends, and the ability to head to the grocery store outside of peak traffic hours.


I also knew being a stay-at-home wasn't going to work for my family, we are a two income household plus I want to earn my own money, in my own time, on my own terms, and be my own boss.


I had heard about the term "Virtual Assistant" and decided to head to Google and Facebook to find out more.


I won't sugarcoat it; it wasn't a walk in the park.


I took the hard route, signing up on every job site imaginable. I was scared, questioning whether I had the skills to make it online (truth be told, I didn't). I spent countless hours each day scouring and responding to job posts on social media, but it seemed like I was getting nowhere. This was alot harder than I thought!


And when I did manage to land some clients, they turned out to be the wrong fit—people who didn't appreciate my work and paid me peanuts.

It took me a year to streamline the process, and while it's not rocket science, having a strategy is crucial.


Here's the deal—you can have what you want.


Time for yourself, time for your kids, the flexibility to work from 10 am to 3 pm and still pick up the kids and truly enjoy being a mom. You can win fantastic clients who not only recognise the value you bring to their business but also become your friends.
