You know you want something different.

You’re just not completely sure what that something could be yet.

Maybe you’ve spent 10, 15, 20 or even 30 years building your career.

You’ve gained experience.

You’ve solved problems.

You’ve worked with people, customers, systems, projects, teams, deadlines, processes and responsibilities.

You have knowledge that feels completely normal to you because you’ve been doing it for years.

“Have you ever thought about starting your own business?”

“Doing WHAT?”

That is exactly what we’re going to work through in this workshop.

Because your next business may already be sitting inside what you know.

You do not necessarily need to learn an entirely new skill.

You may simply need to learn how to look at your existing skills, experience, strengths and interests differently.

During The Possibility Pathway, I’ll help you start connecting the dots between:

What you know.

What you’re good at.

What people actually pay for.

And…

what that could become as a business.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a much clearer idea of:

which of your current skills could actually make you money

the types of services you could potentially offer

the different types of businesses you could build around your experience

what a simple service-based business can realistically look like

how you could begin building something alongside your current job

You don’t need to arrive knowing what business you want to start.

That’s the whole point.

Here’s what we’ll work through together

1. What you’ve already got

We’ll look at your existing skills, experience, strengths and interests.

And I’ll help you identify the things you may currently be overlooking simply because they come naturally to you.

Things that other people and businesses may happily pay you for.

2. What those skills could become

I’ll show you different ways your skills can be turned into services.

We’ll look at examples across three simple business paths:

Virtual Assistant

Providing practical support to businesses across areas such as administration, organisation, customer support, systems, marketing and operations.

Specialist Services

Using a particular skill or area of expertise to solve a specific problem for clients.

Fractional Support

Using your professional experience to provide higher-level support to businesses without becoming a full-time employee.

You might be surprised how many different businesses can be built from the experience you already have.

3. What the numbers could look like

Starting a business can feel vague until you actually see the maths.

So we’ll look at simple examples of what:

£1,000 months

£3,000 months

and

£5,000+ months

can look like in terms of clients, services and pricing.

Not fantasy numbers.

Simple business maths.

4. Your Possibility Pathway

We’ll begin narrowing down the options that make sense for you.

Because your business should fit:

your experience

your strengths

your lifestyle

your financial goals

the amount of time you actually have

and the kind of work you want to do

You do not need to copy somebody else’s business.

You need to find the version that works for you.

Hey, I’m Sam.

I've been running my own service-based business for almost 14 years, and coaching and mentoring people to build theirs for the last 6.

I help people break the corporate chains and build a business from home (or the beach, cafe, cabin in the woods - whatever floats your boat).

I've worked with people from every corner of corporate life and one thing I know for sure - you CAN do this, you DO have the skills. You just need a map of where to go and sometimes a subtle kick in the ass to get you moving.

My work is not about telling people to quit their jobs and hope for the best.

It’s about building something strategically.

Something that can begin alongside your existing career.

Something that, over time, could give you the freedom to choose what happens next.
