People launch programmes every day, but if you are new to this process, or perhaps even tried to launch yourself, you will quickly realise there is alot of key aspects that result in a successful launch.

Programme concept and design:
Before even considering a launch there is alot of ground work to be done in terms of assessing the needs of what you want to sell, as well as assessing your existing audience, market research and pricing strategy.
Pre-launch assessment:
Is your audience ready for the launch? This is key to a successful launch as there are some key strategies that can be put in place to ensure your audience is receptive and ready for what you are about to offer them. Part of this process is looking at your funnels and lead magnets to ensure there are no leaks in this process.
Systems Check:
Before we even begin to build anything, I help you to make sure you are setup on the right systems. Whether you decide on Kajabi, Kartra, Systeme.io or any other programme hub, I help you to make the best decision based on your business, where you are at, and what your goals are.
Sales page and automations setup:
Making sure you have everything you need on your sales page, as well as the back end tech in place to ensure the right tags are in place, the right emails are going out, and the right people are being targeted when engaging with your sales page. Here, we also consider pre-selling the concept as a way of testing the viability of your programme.
Marketing:
During the pre and post launch period, every bit of content we create that gets posted onto your social media and emailed to your audience is all strategically created as part of your marketing plan. I help you to create content that speaks to your perfect client, and using your channels to turn them from cold leads into warm and excited clients. I have an amazing network of VAs that I use for anything that we may need to ensure your content is the best and it connects with your ideal client, from designers, to video editors and copywriters. We also create a strategy around the best practise to launch your programme, which could potentially be a webinar, free or paid challenge.
Course Development:
Once we have all of this in place, and teh marketing side is ready to go, only then do we work on building your course, and if needed, your course hub and community. With my 15+ years experience training and teaching, I make sure that not only do you successfully sell out your programme, but that your client's course experience is the best. By doing this, your client gets results, which grows and scales your business exponentially. Everything from training videos, to interactive workbooks, we do it all to make sure your programme outshines the rest.
Back end Tech:
The tech. This is something we create and build as we work on all aspects of your launch. Ensuring all of your automations and funnels are in check, tags, sequences - everything you need to ensure a smooth launch. Every apsect of your launch we automate as much as possible, so that the only thing you need to do is show up.
Post-Launch Support:
The last step (besides doing happy dances when you launch successfully) is ensuring a smooth transition of all of your students into their new programme. Once your students are enrolled in your new programme, depending on the model of teaching you have opted for, we want to ensure students are engaging and particpating. There are so many courses that I have bought in my life that I start and do not finish. Part of what I do is helping you to manage your students and ensure their success too. If this means tweaking course content, and readjusting a few things, then that is what we do to make sure you give your students exactly the results they paid for.
